The CallPilot 100 is an integrated voicemail auto attendant system targeted at small businesses with up to 40 mailbox users that require Unified Messaging and networking. CallPilot's call routing functionality answers selected lines or allows external callers to route themselves through the system by dialing the extension number of the person or department with whom they wish to speak. Call routing allows internal users to dial the party's first or last name through the integrated company directory via the telephone keypad. CallPilot expands call coverage by answering the calls when a station forwards to its mailbox.
