COMPANY OVERVIEW:
TENNESSEE TELECOM INC. has established presence in the industry as a
trusted source for the repair, remanufacturing, sales, engineering and
implementation of communications systems servicing small to enterprise
businesses since 1989. In 1995 we built a 15,000 square foot
state-of -the-art building to house our Repair, Component Level Repair,
Remanufacturing and Plastix facilities.
TENNESSEE TELECOM INC. manages four (4) component level repair areas for
Printed Circuit Boards (PCB) and peripherals. All faults are located
with the latest test equipment in conjunction with the applicable
systems for each component to determine the problems in a quality
controlled atmosphere. Upon completion of repairs, each component is
applied to a test system for proper operation.
Continuous training and hands-on experience in a real environment afford
our technical staff the ability to resolve problems efficiently and
ahead of acceptable time frames.
TENNESSEE TELECOM INC. has Sales Engineers on staff to design and
implement new technology in the market as it becomes available. From
Digital (TDM) to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), we have the
expertise and knowledge to architect systems on a customer by customer
basis.
